Dr. Rob Fesmire, DDS
Dr. Fesmire is a Nashville native. He attended Battle Ground Academy, Mississippi State University and the University of Tennessee Dental School. He is a member of the Nashville Dental Society, the Tennessee Dental Society, and the American Dental Association and he has been elected by his peers to serve on the local peer review committee.
Outside of work he and his wife Sheri love attending sporting events and enjoy time with their four grandchildren. He often volunteers his time to several local charities and missions throughout the world.
Dr. Zachary Hutchens, DMD, MS
Dr. Hutchens was raised in Centerville, TN. He attended Mississippi State University and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences. He continued on to receive a Master’s Degree in Bio Medical Sciences and a dental degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He graduated Cum Laude from UMMC in 2016 and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He also volunteers with non-profit organizations that provide underserved communities with comprehensive dental care. He is married to his college sweetheart, Erin Hutchens, who is a native of Memphis, TN. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, following college sports and the great outdoors. He is honored and committed to providing the highest quality of care to patients at Fesmire Dental.
Tracey Barnes
RDH
Tracey is a lifelong resident of Mt. Juliet. She attended Mt. Juliet High School where she met her husband, Brian. They have 2 girls, Abby and Natalie. She received her Dental Hygiene degree from Western Kentucky University. She has been working for Dr. Fesmire since she graduated in 1992. She currently practices three days a week and enjoys spending her days off with her family.
Patty Harden
RDH
A native middle Tennessean, Patty and her husband, Jimmy, live on her family’s farm in Cheatham County. They have one daughter, Lacey (John), and three grandchildren, Tucker, Mia, and Allie Rose. She is a graduate of Cheatham Co HS, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Austin Peay State University, and obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from TN State University and Meharry Medical College. She has been with Fesmire Dental Group since 2007. Patty is an avid sports fan. She and Jimmy are very active with Cheatham Co sports, including broadcasting basketball games on the local radio. She very much enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her grandkids… and her dogs. She is also a lifetime active member of Walton’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
Jane Kelly
RDH
A native Nashvillian, Jane has lived in Bellevue for the past thirty years. Jane received her degree in Dental Hygiene at East Tennessee State University and has 30 years of experience in the dental industry. She has two grown sons and one grandson. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys photography, hiking, traveling, and her little dog, Bella.
Sintia Dearman

Sintia has been a dental assistant for four years and has been with Dr. Fesmire since 2015. She comes from a dental background being the daughter of retired dentist. She received her Associates of Applied Science at Volunteer State Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys decorating her new home in Gallatin that she and her husband recently purchased. She also enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Rhae Lauren Parks

Rhae Lauren is a local Nashville native. In 2009 she started her dental assisting career in pediatrics. Over the years she has had the privilege of traveling abroad for dental mission trips. Outside of work, she and her husband love spending time with family and friends on the lake, or enjoying the music and sports that Nashville offer.
Amberlynn Dowell

Amberlynn is a Nashville native. She began her dental assisting career in 2012 after graduating from Remington College and recently joined our office in 2018. She has had the opportunity to put her skills to use through missionary work in the Dominican Republic and Haiti with plans of returning. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking in national and state parks. She loves traveling to the beach as much as possible.
Susan Rowe
Front Office
Susan is a native Nashvillian and has worked for Dr. Fesmire for 30 years. She enjoys meeting and helping new and old patients with their needs and getting them comfortable as established patients. She has two adult children and one granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching anything related to history or geography, and is up for shopping anytime.
Tammy Guest
Front Office
Tammy is a native of Greenville, MS. She moved to the Nashville area in Feb 2017. She joined the Fesmire team at that same time, bringing with her over 15 years of dental office experience and knowledge. Outside of the office, she loves experiencing all that Nashville has to offer, especially concerts and The Grand Ole Opry. She enjoys traveling whenever given the chance, singing, and enjoying life with her closest friends and her two favorite people, her daughter Anna Grace and son Kaleb.
